The above ticket reservation was cancelled in MAY 2018.

I booked the ticket to India with booking ref. CB1362290, the ticket was cancelled and till today I have not received my refund.
Every week they repeat next week and so far no refund. simply everytime I’m calling from Dubai to Kuwait and losing my mobile Currency bills.

This is not acceptable to treat the customer who already faced so many inconveniences with your bad service.

Please review my complaint on urgent basis.

The worst ticket reservation experience ever & this is very bad and fraud travel company.
