the flight ticket with the booking number CB1879813, which i have done on march 13 Th from your website got cancelled due to some technical error from your side . As a follow up i contacted the customer care regarding the same, and as per the information from your executives, a full refund of the money was promised within 7 days of time, and its already 10 days after the last update and still my money didn’t get credited . As your 24 hr customer care is not an easy option, which is not accessible most of the times, either provide me an e-mail address or an alternative customer care number, so that i can directly contact with the account section officials .During my conversation with your customer care executive, my bank account details were not asked, i can provide you my bank credentials if needed on request to my mail id .
