Hi Citybookers, I have booked a flight from you CB1048740, Dubai (DXB) to Paris (CDG) Nov 29, 2017, to Nov 30, 2017. I have requested the cancellation of the flight and I got a confirmation from your agent Mohammed Eldeeb. I haven’t got any refund until now and its been 4 months now. You people don’t answer the call as well as the Emails.
I have the confirmation email for the cancellation also.
Please refund my money.
