6 months ago, I booked a ticket using this online travel agency called citybookers from Kuwait to Tunisia via Dubai on Emirates Airways Carrier. Two days after my booking a political problem started between Emirates and Tunisia and all Emirati airplanes are banned from landing or flying from Tunisia. Emirates airways notified me that it will fully refund my ticket but I have to contact citybookers. My nightmare has just begun. I contacted them using email and facebook messenger. They have kept procrastinating and delaying my refund for 6 months so far. They employ a team of spammers who use ready-made replies and messages saying they “have escalated the problem to their accounts team” and “my case is a priority” and “the accounts team will contact you soon” and “we have a technical problem” and “the team is finalizing the refund” and bla bla bla. They are very disrespectful and I don’t recommend anyone to use their service. They have no work ethics, no respect for their customers.
