My Complaint against City Booker based Kuwait Travel Agency.

Sir,
I booked one of my company labour air ticket from Dubai to Hyderbad from City Booker on 21st Mar 2019 (Copy Attached) and I received Air Ticket also my mail. but next day 22nd Mar 2019 i received email from city bookers your ticket cancelled due to some technical reason (copy attached) and they will refund the payment asap.

So, Arranging other ticket from other travel agency. after that i sending lot of emails to city bookers. but they not responding proper way and up now i am not received any money from them.

And Now a days they are not responding my emails & Calls

Kindly help me & how to return back my money and i am spending two tickets charge for my labours.

Note : I checked with online City Booker web sites they are cheating with lot of people and lot of complaint against city bookers. Kindly request you take proper action for this company other wise they will cheat with other people same.
