Since June 2018 I am following up with this lousy company for a 1, 000$ refund without any hope! they are always replying that we are processing or the system is down or we are following up with the finance!
Sooo bad and it is not recommended to deal with them

I bought tickets from CityBookers via skyscanners on MEA airlines from Dubai to Cairo. For some personal reasons i had to cancel the tickets and asking for refund and agreed on the penalties and charges communicated by Citybookers. Yet they did not refund the money till now and every time they are saying it is under processing.
