I booked a ticket on citybookers.com (CB1095082) on 19 November 2017 to travel on 28th Feb 2018 – 8th July 2017, from Dubai to Jakarta (round trip), by SAUDIA ARILINES. I got the payment confirmation and reservation with PNR number for the travel schedule, but No E-Ticket i’m not find it…
When I checked with the SAUDIA Airlines website for confirmation of the ticket with PNR number, they replied that the ticket needed to validate.
“We are unable to find this confirmation number. Please validate your entry and try again or contact us for further information. (8104 – 1931)”
Please, I am looking forward for an urgent resolution on this matter.
