I (107904169041) have been trying to claim missing miles for 5 or 6 flights with Etihad partner airlines in May this year.

I have submitted my claim with the respective documentation in the beginning of June. I have sent several follow up emails. The only answer (if any) I ever get is that they will correspond with me shortly and that they are looking forward to welcoming me again as their guest in the future. It has been three months now since I started this process. This is ridiculous.
