Hi, this is Dharmesh Desai writing you from Hudaiba Building, Jumeirah 1.
I applied for a new connection on 27th August, today is the 7th day and till now i have not received any calls from Etisalat technical team to install new connection. I have been calling 101 and 7622 but without any luck. Both teams are playing a blame game on each other. I was promised before the long weekend starts, my connection will be in place. But because of such a BAD service from Etisalat my weekend is ruined.
I still do not have any update when i will receive my connection. I have already spoken twice to the floor manager of 800101 but still issue remains unresolved.
I am writing here as a last resort, final attempt if connection will be active. Else i will have to dump etisalat in favour of DU
