Dear Team,
this is to notify you that i have got excitel broadband connection for about year ago. later i have submitted the broadband device to the excitel office located in aya nagar new delhi-110047 in the month of November 2022 and i have requested refund of Rs. 2000/-. I have waited for more than 90 days as per company’s policy but still not received refund yet. i have called and emailed mulitple times but no one is responding. i have attached the trail mail for your reference. i have harassed many times regarding the refund. i request you to kindly help me on this as since november 2022 i have not received my refund.
