This network provider maintains a security amount of $2,000 and promises to return it when the network link is severed. On November 22, I cut off the connection, and on December 8, their person picked up the gadget. My account should be credited with the collection money 90 days after that. But it has not been received for almost four months.
For a month, I have been calling the customer service line frequently, sending emails to the help center, and filing complaints via the Excitel app. They are merely promising to obtain payment, but they are lying.
