Excitel Broadband – Wire stopped working in 3 months after new connection.

Five days ago my Internet stopped working I called for solution they said (local service provider) I’ll come tomorrow and fix it. Next day I call him again but he wasn’t came. After 2 days calling him again & again he came and said wire is damaged and it will cost for ₹700 ( connect is given 1 street far (150+ mtr) from my home and they refuse to decrease the distance because there are not 7+ connections and asking the whole money from me). Then I called exitel customer care and they said wire has 6 months warranty and it will take one day to resolve the issue. Next day one of their executive call me and asked for the charges told my local distributor and said I’ll forward this ticket to my team. After 6 hours I chat in with an executive to know the status of my complain and he said pay the amount there are no other options. I asked him to transfer the call to supervisor they said I’ll arrange a callback but after 8 hours ago I haven’t got any response yet. I’m a student and I’m suffering very much because I’m unable to take my online classes.
