This Stanza Living Frankfurt House Pg in Koramangala, Bengaluru. They have been keeping my security deposit for more than a month. They don’t pick up calls when I call them. They have received multiple emails from me, regarding initiating back my refund but they haven’t responded. They were supposed to give back my refund within 45 days but its been more than 6 months i haven’t received. I tried calling all the managers of the stanza team members but nobody responds. And whenever i try calling them and ask why the exit raise i not showing in stanza app they keep telling that that there is some issue/ glitch with stanza app. They told that send mail to stanza we will look into it did that but no respond.
