Ticket not confirmed but the money is paid, CityBookers

My name is Taieb before yesterday on 5 Th, January 2018 I purchased a ticket from CityBookers and the total amount is deducted from the bank card, but still I do not have any e ticket or confirmation on my e mail regarding my flight.

I asked via e mail but I only received response that CityBookers team is reviewing my request and that they will provide response but until now nothing happening.

Please provide me the confirmation and e ticket ASAP because Monday, January 8, 2018 at 18:00 it will be cancelled.
