Hi Team,
I took tikona connection dated on 18/09/2016 with Rs.1725 (Rs 500 Plan + 3 month advance payment ).
Register Mobile number :- 8105699003
User id :- 1119321346
From 18 sept till now i could’t able to use service.

Installation Team came and install the broadband service and shown me the demo, with there User Id and Password.
Demo team has inform me, to generate my won Password to login.

When ever i trying to generate the Password. in my desktop it display. Password has reset successfully and the Password is valid for 1 year. but in my mobile number i am getting message ” Password change denied system error please try again later”

Connected tikona Customer Care 1860-3000-3434, such worst customer care.

Technical people are worst in case of support on tikona(dont have value for customer .When customer is asking some thing they are updating different thing and when asked for evidence or escaltion call drops use to happen)Same as be recoreded.

I really fed up with Tkona service giving me mental torture. i have decide not go with this Pathetic service anymore

Team i need my money Back
