Tikona – Harrasment for payment

I am using the tikona connection under user Id:1107328782..I have closed the connection because they were not able to solve there technical issue and now they want me to pay for the days when there service was down and the complaint numbers are 1-2741286722–24/07/2013
1-2741942118 –25/07/2013
1-2743174812—26/07/2013…I will only pay the genuine amount.I tried to called customer care but they are not ready to help me.They want me to pay 528 rs that I think is wrong because why should I pay them for the days when there service was down.I told them please deducted the days where you were not able to offer the service but there response was very wired they are saying you have used some mb on those days may be that is correct it because there login page was stucked for an hours because of there technical issue so I told them to check but they are saying we cannot help you in this.i have a atleast 20 phone recording with me where you can see how worse is there customer service department.They are very unprofessional and rude.I feel i should not pay the amount where they were not able to offer the service.Please help and let me know if you need any help and please tell me where I can send customer car’se telephonic recordings.
