I was Using Tikona broadband for quite some time, and I usually get problems in networks for which i was raising complaint through there IVR service. Every time their service starts for 2 days and then again down for 3-4 days until a new complain has been lodged. There common answer was “The problem is from backend and it exists due to power failure and we are working on it. Also the service will be resumed within 48 hours.” But the situation is same.
The same problem persists for 6 months and i have not paid the last bill and ask there executives to adjust the bill for a month and i will not pay the bill for other two months as there service was down. They are not ready to listen and they are charging me for complete bill. During my usage I have experienced many breakdowns in there services and still i have paid full bill amounts. But these peoples are now use to with this problem for harassing their consumers. The most weird thing is now i have got a call from some legal person from Mumbai saying Tikona is registering a legal suit for non-payment of bills. I am fed up of poor services of this firm and request legal authorities to ban this firm as early as possible. Also I urge authorities to check the reviews of consumers for their Tikona App on playstore, it will show how these peoples are fooling consumers.
