Respected Sir,
I Vikram Singh Thakur want to file a complaint against Travel agency named, Travel Triangle. booking ID:- 6998334.
I had booked a tour plan with the company on dated 29/01/2020 but had to cancel my trip ( Dated:- 11/03/2020) due to spread of virus COVID-19 and lock down situation.
I talked to company, initially verbally they said they will refund the amount but when no initiative was taken from the company, I dropped the mail stating refund of my booking amount. To which company denied. After a long mail chats with the company I am bound to launch a complaint against them. I already paid Rs 20,000/- as advance money to them. Kindly do the needful Sir, since amount paid is huge amount for me.
