Booking ID 6932243 – Fraudulent Activity/ Not Cancelling Or Rescheduling NOT Returning Money
I have booked a trip to Kanyakumari in April and paid for the trip a month ago i.e. in February . Due to the ongoing pandemic and lockdown we had to cancel the trip. It wasn’t due to a personal reason and is totally because of the COVID lockdown. I have emailed the team numerous times and there was no reply since two months.
First few responses were to ask us to wait until the lockdown is lifted and even after the lockdown is lifted no one has ever come back to us even after numerous attempts through mail or through calling but there is no resolution
