Travel Triangle
I have booking trip plan and due to pandemic it was cancelled. booking id is 7013143. however they given me EMD voucher to re-book the ticket at anytime validate for 2 years and now i am planning to book the ticket. i have come to know that airline is already refund the amount to travel agent.
when i have communicated the same travel triangle they asked me share the invoice details and booking id and now after sharing the information they are not responding and they are not picking my call.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Travel Triangle.
I paid INR 73,500 for 9 nights 10 days tour of Uttarakhand to Travel Triangle through their business partner Travel Trippers who responded to my posting at Travel Triangle site. Amount was paid on Nov 14, 2022, for January 30-February 8, 2023 trip. Received detailed itinerary on January 6.
But few days before the tour, got email from Travel Triangle saying only INR5400 has been paid and asking me to pay rest. I showed proof of amount paid to their agent and also sent that email to Travel Skippers (Attn: Akshita Prajapathi and Jagdeep Sidhu Sahib). They said not to worry, everything under control!
But nobody showed up to take us on tour as promised with itinerary of finest details. Even in the last minute when we were stranded in Dehradoon airport and called, they said in 10 minutes. No show!
Travel Triangle (Nishant Verma) is taking no responsibility and willing to return only INR 5400! What a terrible company it is using clumsy partners and misleading people like me.
