Tour package for North-East was booked my be in the month of march. however because of lock-down I needed to drop my idea of travel. Advance of Rs 1.5 lac had been paid for six people.

A refund of 32000 from airline was made, Rest refund is not being processed. From past three months i have been following up and i also under stand that the lock-down has impact on all the process but from 8 June everything is started and yet my balance refund is not processed. Please help me with the same.
