Travel Triangle – Refund on your advance paid regarding

During April 2020 I planned for a trip to Kashmir and arranged a travel agent “Classic Holidays” in Kashmir through the online portal of Travel triangle. After giving the date the travel agent asked me to pay an advance amount of Rs5000/- through the travel triangle’s account and shared the link to pay. But when I proceeded to pay there was an added amount of 600/- and when I enquired they told me that it is a convenient fee for us.
Even charging a convenience fee for us I got inconvenient on their further procedures. As you aware that during the last week of March 2020 government announced the lockdown and further the situation went worst. Hence I requested the travel triangle to refund the amount on cancellation since it is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that there shall be full refund on the occurrence of any curfew. But the team rejected my request and replied there is no refund is allowed anyway. The agent was rude on his reply and while I asked regarding the convenience fee they replied even if you pay such amount it is not their responsibility and no way they process the refund.
As I couldn’t make a trip further I request you to make necessary requirements to get the refund.
