I have paid 90500 rs. To Travel triangle agency and did not availed the service for the travel so they assured to refund the amount of 74600/- after all the deduction of cancellation fees but now they are not returning it back.
Attaching you the screenshot as the letter for the confirmation that the company had assured to return the money on 22nd march, but now it has been 18th April, and now they are not responding to the mails and calls.
I want my refund back please take the necessary action against the company. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
