Hi Team,
My Booking ID: 8663711
I booked the ticket in January, but the trip got postponed due to the lockdown in Karnataka.
The travel agent was rude and always running after money, he didn’t explain the travel itinerary clearly also, always saying my money will be forfeited if I don’t use it.
I requested for cancellation. they have given me the credits for future use but I don’t want this.
Please cancel the trip and refund my money, I’m happy even if you deduct the cancellation charges.
I’m completely unhappy with the agent agency and travel triangle.
This is too frustrating because of lockdown you guys postponed my trip when I ask for a refund, you gave the credit notes, and now you’re not even responding when I’m requesting for cancellation n refunding of my money back after charges.
