Hi Sir/Madam,
I am residing in Siliguri and for some traveling purpose, have booked a package from Travel triangle website for our family tour to Delhi, Haridwar, Nainital on 17th Oct to 28th Oct,2017. I have booked the same on 20th May,2018. As per their requirements, i made some booking amount of Rs.30350.00 but certainly my Father-in-law got an accident who was also a traveller with us. His hip joint has broken and we have to operate him with full hip joint replacement from Shalby, Ahmedabad. Once the accident happened, i have intimated to Travel triangle to cancel the tour immediately. But they told that the booking amount will not be refundable as per policy and i have to follow the same. I told them that am requesting on 13th July and tour is on 17th Oct. Prior to 3month. But they are denying for refund. I have requested the travel partner Mr. Mradul Tiwari to call me, but they have not responded. At last i have posted the same details in social media(Facebook), but still they are not bothering anymore. So I bound to complain the same in consumer court. So now request your support to get the booking amount at least some partial as they can deduct certain portion of booking amount if they require.
