Hi Team,
I booked a Bali trip for May 2019 with Travel Triangle in Jan 2019 and made partial payment of INR 58,500 in Feb 2019.
Due to family issue I raised a cancellation request on March 16th (47 days prior of my travel) with Lestac India & Travel Triangle.
I did receive an email from Lestac India stating there will be a flight cancellation fee of INR 9,500 each (INR 19,000 for two people) and remaining will be refunded to you.
I’ve been continuously following up with Lestac India and Travel Triangle to provide the document on airline cancellation fee since nothing was mentioned on the invoice.
Till date I haven’t got the refund or the justification/ documents on flight cancellation charge.
I tried calling travel triangle today on multiple occasions still no response.
