My PNR no is RJQT5B, I have booked the ticket on May 19th and cancelled on the same date. From that day onwards I am keep on calling the customer care for feedback but I receive the same reply that my amount will refund in 10 to 15 working days,

Its more than two months but till now no response. Very bad service.
