i have ordered a jeans from tatacliq online shopping site on 28th august, 2016. I received product on 30th of august and i called the customer support of site to return as their site was not shopping delivery report. They asked me to wait for some days till delivery sign is shown on site. After calling them again and again their site didnt show delivery option and after almost 20 days they sent somebody for return. I have return receipt also. After that they said it will take one week for refund only when i call them repeatedly then they show any response. This site doesnt send any message or mail to update what is happening with your order. Now its more than one month, they are showing no response plus they are not receiving calls also.
I advise other consumers not to order anything from this site.
