kaunsa.com – dell laptop purchase from kaunsa.com-not yet delivered Complaint, noida

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have ordered a Laptop through www.kaunsa.com on Sep 22 2013. I got a confirmation mail stating that the order is placed and confirmed for shipping on Oct 8 2013. But till Oct 8 I haven’t received any update. There is no response from customer care. Everytime phone just rings.

I have raised a ticket number for non delivery or status to Kaunsa but no reply.

Please let me know if any more info required.

I need refund. Please do the needful.
